A Clintonville native, Chef Nic understands the Columbus food scene. A true artist with over twenty years of experience in the food service industry, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the culinary arts. He has worked as a Chef at Martini Italian Bistro and recently left his position as Executive Chef of the Columbus Fish Market to pursue his dream of owning a food truck and bringing upscale, restaurant-style food to the street. From confit porkbelly sliders to vegan sprout sandwiches, Chef Nic is dedicated to serving patrons a wide array of options utilizing the freshest, seasonal ingredients from local vendors whenever possible.
